The Directors of the Board are elected UPCRA members who steer the membership in the pursuit of the organization's goals. UPCRA's Board of Directors is comprised of:

• Meet a minimum of twice per year, and as requested by its membership
• Generally make decisions which are subject to review by the board members
• Implement the decisions of the Board

Board of Directors shall:

• Manage the business and affairs of the corporation
• Establish policies for the corporation
• Have control and management of the property of the corporation
• Have charge of the annual budget and investment of the funds of the corporation

Committee Responsibilities

Education Committee

• Participate on TriNetwork Spring Conference Program Committee
• Organize UPCRA Fall educational conferences

Membership Committee

• Keep roll of current membership, produce and update association directory
• Promote membership and coordinate application for membership
• Collect annual dues (duty of treasurer) and monitor for delinquent memberships
• Provide members with informational packet upon joining

Newsletter Committee

• Provide communication and education for the membership through quarterly and special edition newsletters

Nominating Committee

• Nominating officers for election

Outcomes Committee

• Promote outcomes monitoring with region
• Evaluate and recommend outcomes tacking tools
• Develop association outcomes tracking method

Program Certification Committee

• Coordinate the program certification process at the society level

Reimbursement Committee

• Serve as liaison between UPCRA membership and National office for issues regarding reimbursement

Scholarship Committee

• Establish Scholarship process and protocol
• Evaluate applications and recommend recipients to UPCRA Board of Directors.
