Join UPCRA
Membership in UPCRA is easy
to obtain.
Simply print off the UPCRA
Membership Application (PDF format), fill it out, and mail
it in with your membership dues.
UPCRA Membership Categories:
Membership runs from
June 1 through May 31 of each year.

Professional - Dues are $25/year
For any concerned professional (physician, nurse allied health
practitioner, or educator) who is regularly involved in some aspect
of cardiovascular
and/or pulmonary rehabilitation.

Student - Dues are $10/year
For any interested graduate or undergraduate student studying in a medical
or related health curriculum who is enrolled for at least one-half of
a full academic load for one academic year.

Associate - Dues
are $10/year
For any person with an interest in cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation
who is not currently eligible for other membership categories.
Note: In
December, 2003, the UPCRA Board of Directors approved waiving the UPCRA
membership fee
for members who are also AACVPR (American Association of Cardiovascular
and Pulmonary Rehabilitation) members. So, if you are an AACVPR member,
you need to mail in your UPCRA renewal form with a copy of your AACVPR
membership card (or
provide your current
AACVPR member number). This is being done to
encourage you to support our national organization. To contact the AACVPR

The AACVPR membership year runs from July-June. UPCRA is moving its membership
year to match this.
By joining AACVPR you will
automatically be a UPCRA member through June of 2005. If you have any questions
