Secretary

• Keep the minutes of the members', Board of Directors' and Executive committee meetings
• See that all notices of meetings and other matters are duly given in accordance with the provisions of UPCRA's bylaws
• Be custodian of the corporate records and the seal of the corporation
• Keep a register of the post office address of each member
• Have charge of the correspondence in consultation with the President
• Mail each member a bill for his or her dues
• Notify any members of arrears owed
• Serve on the Membership Committee

Treasurer

• Have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the corporation
• Receive and give receipts for monies due and payable to the corporation from any source and deposit all monies in the name of the corporation in banks, trust companies or other depositories
• Keep proper books, records and accounts which shall at all times be open for examination by the President and Board of Directors
• Receive and collect all fees, dues and assessments belonging to the corporation
• Present statement summarizing receipts and disbursements to the Board and the general membership
• In general, perform all of the duties incident to the office of Treasurer and such other duties as may be assigned by the President or Board of Directors

Immediate Past-President

• Serve as parliamentarian at meetings
• Assist the President in making goals for the association
• Perform duties as may be assigned by the President or Board of Directors
