  Becky works at St. Mary’s Healthcare in Pierre, S.D. She is the coordinator of the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Departments. Becky has worked at St. Mary’s for 25 years, in CR for 15 years and is the founder of the St. Mary’s PR program which started in 1998. She has been a member of UPCRA for 13 years and has served as Secretary and as a board member in the past.
  
  Becky has been married for 27 years to Don who is a service manager at a Chevy dealership, and has 3 children. Dusty, the oldest, is a student at Lake Area VoTech in Watertown, studying Ag Business. Her daughter Elizabeth is 18, just graduated from high school last May, and is going to attend SDSU in the fall majoring in Animal Science/Pre-Vet with a minor in Equine Studies. Austin (“her baby” as Becky says), will be a junior in high school next fall. Becky’s family is very involved in the sport of rodeo and she is excited to report that they will be attending the National Little Britches Rodeo in July in Pueblo, Co. as both of her younger children qualified to participate.
  
  The recipient of the Scotty Roberts Award is nominated by other members of UPCRA. Here are a few of the comments from Becky’s nominations:
  
  “Works tirelessly for UPCRA. Has been working in CR for a lot of years. Very supportive of CR programs, UPCRA and AACVPR. Has attended several UPCRA, TriNetwork and AACVPR meetings. Fun to work with. Enthusiastic and motivated.”
  
  “Becky has been involved in UPCRA for many years. She has hosted the Fall UPCRA meeting on more than one occasion. She served as the Registration Chair for the 2007 TriNetwork conference held in Sioux Falls. She is currently serving as our association’s president. Becky has a real commitment to Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab patients and our regional association. I feel she is a very deserving nominee for the Scotty Roberts award.”
